The crust is thicker and crunchier than “crystal” bread. The dough is light but substantial. This bread is fermented with malt, which gives it an intense toasted flavour.
This gives it great character and makes it the perfect accompaniment to olive oils, tomatoes, sauces or solid foods.
One of the forms available is very unusual. It is a loaf 80 cm in length with a rustic appearance and exquisite flavour, perfect for larger groups.
